Parent's Point of View

Meet Our Families
" ...Maria instantly demonstrated a feeling of warmth and love towards us and especially my daughter which made me immediately feel comfortable in having my child be cared for by such a loving and sincere person. The family home environment feels like an extension of my home instead of a daycare facility. "

"When Maria opened Preston Kiddie Kollege, it was like an extention of her in-home daycare with a loving, nurturing environment where all children feel loved and like they belong. Maria's passion for children is demonstrated through the care and kind-hearted staff she has hired. As a mother, I never worry that my children won't be well taken care of or neglected. I also find comfort in knowing that while my children are having fun, they are learning the necessary educational and social skills to make them successful Kindergartners."

" …Maria actually has another title that is not listed on her business card or in her office or on her desk, but as my husband and I would say, should absolutely be included as well. Her secondary title is "Auntie Maria” "

"Originally, we began at Maria's in-home daycare in Plano, TX. After 3 years of teaching and loving the children in her care, she opened an amazing daycare in Frisco, TX. Maria shows a sincere passion for children and especially the children she has had enrolled in her daycare. My oldest boy will graduate from her daycare this year to attend kindergarten and the thought of it gives me such mixed emotions. On one hand, I am so proud of him and the things he has learned in preparation for the next step in life and on the other hand, I am saddened for him to leave such an excellent and loving daycare. "

"
...Maria’s commitment to the school is on a 24 hour 7 day a week basis. What she has been able to accomplish far exceeds any parent's expectations. One would almost think she had quietly cloned herself in order to get everything done. At the same time she is still 100% committed to her family. My husband travels from time to time with his work. Whenever I have been in a bind to leave work and coordinate my three daughters schedule, Maria has always been my go to person, if I am running late, she always answers the phone with a reassuring "don't worry I am here" approach. With my hectic schedule, those four words can be ever so comforting at the end of a hard workday "

My son started with Maria Seifi in her Plano in-home daycare when he was 13 months old. When she opened the school, we didn't hesitate for a second in deciding to keep him in her care. We put him in PKK as we knew she'd hire the right people to care for him and other children. Maria and her staff have done a great job with the kids. My son is the youngest of three and he recognized all letters of the alphabet when he was 2 1/2-years-old, earlier than my other two. He also started writing his name and other letters when he turned three. He started on lower case letters right before starting Pre-K, and my other two didn't touch lower case letters until they reached Kindergarten. We credit Maria, PKK and the staff with his advanced progress. Thank you for ensuring he has a safe place to go where he learns and doesn't always want to go home because he enjoys what he's doing."

"I wanted you all to know that I have been very happy with the care that Zane and Liam have had since attending PKK. It makes me feel good when Zane cries because he doesn't want to leave (annoyed, but pleased). Peace of mind is priceless and your facility has given me that. Thank you for everything. You have done a wonderful job and I just hope to get the same quality care in CA. The boys and I will miss you. when Zane cries because he doesn't want to leave (annoyed, but pleased).
